This model marks Deepal’s second entry into the market, following the S07 electric SUV. Distributed in Australia by Inchcape, the E07 Multitruck stands out with its innovative design and features.
Originating from Changan’s Nevo sub-brand in China, the E07 Multitruck presents a distinctive proposition with no direct competitors. It boasts a spacious electric SUV design with a load bay covered by a power-retracting glass roof and a powered divider separating the cargo area from the cabin. This setup allows for versatile usage, enabling the driver to transport items with the load bay open or enjoy fresh air circulation by opening the rear divider.
With the ability to accommodate a mattress in Camping Mode by folding the seats flat, the E07 Multitruck offers a unique camping experience with climate control and power supply for camping appliances through its 6.6kW vehicle-to-load functionality. Moreover, Deepal Australia introduces a striking Spessartite Orange exterior color exclusively available on the top-spec AWD Performance variant for an additional cost.
The E07 Multitruck comes in two variants: the RWD and AWD Performance models. The RWD variant is priced at $64,900 before on-road costs, while the AWD Performance variant is offered at $73,900. Deepal emphasizes the vehicle’s efficiency, stating that it can be charged from 30 to 80% in just 15 minutes on DC power, with a claimed electric range of 550km for the RWD and 510km for the AWD Performance.
Both variants feature high-capacity 89.98kWh batteries and are equipped with advanced safety features, including adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and various driver assistance systems. The E07 Multitruck also offers a comprehensive warranty package, with a seven-year vehicle warranty, eight-year battery warranty, roadside assistance, and capped-price servicing for seven years.
