The collaboration between AMP Capital and Eagers Automotive has led to the creation of AutoMall West at Brisbane’s Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. This groundbreaking venture will feature a 2400 square meter showroom offering a range of car brands, including Porsche, and a service center with a rooftop drop-off facility.
AutoMall West is designed with 12 maintenance bays and will also offer a quick-service option for customers, allowing them to have their cars serviced within two hours while they shop. Customers can conveniently book these services online and even arrange test drives and delivery at the mall.
Keith Thornton, Eagers’ chief operating officer, emphasized the changing landscape of the car shopping experience. By integrating car sales operations into a familiar shopping center environment, they are modernizing their offerings to meet evolving customer expectations.
