In 2024, Peugeot Australia announced a facelift for the 2025 Peugeot Partner city van range, accompanied by a price increase of $2000 to $2500 across all models. The base model City manual was removed, elevating the starting price to $39,990 plus on-road costs, marking a $7000 surge in the entry-level cost.
The revamped lineup now comprises four petrol variants – the Pro and Premium models in both short and long-wheelbase configurations. Each model is equipped with a 96kW/230Nm 1.2-liter turbo-petrol three-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, promising a fuel efficiency of 6.3L/100km.
Notably, the new range embraces enhancements such as a redesigned front fascia inspired by Peugeot’s latest passenger cars, updated badging, and a more advanced interior. The cabin boasts a larger 10-inch touchscreen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10-inch digital instrument display, and a compact toggle-switch gear selector.
Furthermore, the lineup now includes standard features like front parking sensors, auto high-beam headlights, rain-sensing wipers, and a digital rear-view mirror with a camera feed from the rear doors. Blind-spot monitoring is integrated across all models, with autonomous emergency braking now standard before the government mandate in 2025.
For the Premium model, additional upgrades include LED headlights, keyless entry and start, alloy wheels, dual-zone climate control, and body-colored exterior accents. Peugeot has retained the Partner’s practicality with generous load dimensions and payload capacities, catering to a range of business needs.
While the facelifted E-Partner electric van’s arrival remains pending confirmation, Peugeot is offering pre-facelift models at a discounted price of $49,990 drive-away, representing substantial savings for interested buyers.
The 2025 Peugeot Partner city van range is anticipated to hit Australian showrooms later in the month, with pricing set as follows: Partner Pro Short auto – $39,990 (up $2000), Partner Pro Long auto – $42,990 (up $2000), Partner Premium Short auto – $42,990 (up $2500), and Partner Premium Long auto – $45,990 (up $2500), excluding on-road costs.
Peugeot’s commitment to enhancing the Partner range reflects a strategic move to meet evolving market demands and elevate the brand’s presence in the competitive commercial vehicle sector. The updates not only align with contemporary design trends but also prioritize driver safety and convenience, ensuring a compelling proposition for businesses seeking reliable and efficient urban mobility solutions.
